All orders required 24-48 hours of processing time before shipping.
How long does the shipping takes?
Once your order has shipped out, delivery time usually take 5 to 10 days to deliver to your address.
My tracking number says delivered, but I never received my package. what should I do?
If your package was shipped via usps and reads delivered however you have not received your package please contact your local post office and provide the tracking number for more information. if they cannot provide further information an “inquiry” may be required which you can start by contacting the usps toll free number which can be found on www.usps.com. if your package was shipped via ups please contact us at [email protected].
I received the wrong item, how can we get this corrected?
If you receive the wrong item or color you will be required to contact customer care by email right away at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you with the correction.
My item is damaged/defective what should i do?
Contact customer care immediately upon noticing the damage/defect. We allow 48 hours from the time you received the item to report it damaged/defective.
